Please get rid of the moving images - they make me want to leave the site as quickly as possible.
eBay, Amazon and even Google Shopping have all decided to put wiggling little images on their pages - customers detest this. It's already so much work to try and research one item and make a purchase and the moving images is a gimmick and it's guaranteed to push people the opposite direction away from purchasing an item. Common sense should prevail - this is exactly the same as the early days of the internet where they would post moving ads on everything.

·8 months agoI imagine eBay did some user polling or testing at some point, or referred to other research on it, but there is a really good way to let them know your feelings on it! In the bottom right corner of every page is ? button (sometimes you can’t see it until you scroll a little bit) and you can click that and then choose the option to send feedback. The best thing about that method is that it gets it directly to the team responsible for whatever page you’re on when you click it.
