coupon dropdown not working when trying to create a discount newsletter
I am trying to create a newsletter for our followers and when I get to the part to pick a coupon from the dropdown it is just gray-nothing there. When I click on where it says, "don't see one you like" I hit create and then the only option is to launch and it never takes me back to the newsletter portion so it never gets finished and I cannot proceed until I select a coupon and there is no option to. Sooooo frustrating. Please help.

OP1 year agoThe first time I tried I di exactly what you said and I just tried it again and it's not there. We have run LOTS of coupons and none of them come up in the drop down. Is there a work around? I have created two coupons or discounts just for this and they show up under discounts along with all the other ones that we do when you go to marketing and discounts they all show up but when I try to do a newsletter and I have tried all of the newsletters they are never in the drop down.
Thank you for trying to help with this. I appreciate it.
