$15 off advertising offer can't be claimed?
I am receiving promotions from eBay for a $15 off advertising ("$15 off to help you sell faster") but I can't claim it. When I click on the claim button it takes me to the advertising page but there's nothing about the offer. The offer isn't claimed. I receive these offers by messages and more recently by a banner at the top of the page. Even though I have already claimed the offer (clicked the button in all the different messages) I clicked it again in the banner and the same thing happened, it's just a link to the advertising page.
Does this offer actually need to be claimed or if they know I claimed it then why do they keep asking me to claim it?
