The original post is from 2023, so I think the OP is long gone. But in response to the two recent posts, the outfit is from the 2015 Barbie Walk & Potty Pup Playset (I just report them, I don't make them up 😋). The doll is definitely Mattel but not from the W&PPP. It appears to use the open-mouth Millie head mold, which has been very prevalent in the past few years. Beyond that, playline isn't my area of expertise so I have no idea which playline Barbie she might be.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.104View listings
I used Google Lens on the photo and there were several dolls that looked just like this. One said Barbie 1996. Try it and see if you can find the exact one. Download GOOGLE into your phone . Click search by touching the camera icon. Then take a photo of the doll (or the picture) and you will get the same one or ones that look very similar to it.
Is the back stamped with Mattel Inc above the country of origin? Does she have a belly button body or a twist n turn waist?
If she has a twist n turn waist, is there a date stamped by Mattel such as 1966? That's the patent year for the Twist N Turn waist. If there isn't a Mattel stamp, are there any other stamps such as an outline of a rabbit with Lucky Ind. Co. Ltd. and copyright date?
If she has a belly button body by Mattel, the date stamped would be either 1999, 2002, 2009, or 2015, which is the patent year, but will give you a clue to narrow down the year the doll was made.
My feeling is that she is a Barbie clone because Mattel didn't make Barbies with that open mouth shape.
