Vintage Snow White Figure Identification

Hello!
I've been trying to find out who and when these were made. They are nicely hand-painted.
There are still tags on the bottom but I have no idea what the red writing says. Google image did not turn up much for me.
Snow White is about 5.25" tall and the dwarfs are 2.5-2.75" tall.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

·2 months agoThe writing is Thai and the currency is baht; presently 1 baht = about 3 cents.
