They paid for the order ....
I am confused on how to do this ????

·2 years ago@whotoldya Hi DWB... Jenny here... Remember I am just a fellow seller like you so I can't look up order numbers. I do see that your last sale had local pick up only on it as @albertabrightalberta mentioned.
What you need to do is contact your buyer and let them know you made a mistake on the listing. Then cancel the sale as problem with buyers address, that way it doesn't count against you or the buyer.
Canceling the order will refund the buyer.
Then you relist the item WITH shipping and the buyer can buy again.
I know that's a lot of steps but it's the only way you will receive the buyers address from eBay and be able to add tracking.

You aren't talking to ebay or your buyer.
I did see that this listing does show local pickup.
