eBay doesn't pay people to make forum posts or product reviews, or "grab orders". Nor do any other companies. No legitimate company pays for fake product reviews, and they don't need (or pay) middlemen to do anything with their customer's orders.
This is called a task-scam or an order-grabbing scam. Sometimes the fake company is "eBay Mall" sometimes it's something else. Either way, it's fake.
If the scammers ask you to sign up for a cryptocurrency account, DON'T DO IT. Don't give them any (more) money. You won't get anything back.

@deepasing_5625, you did not show the URL for that page, so it's impossible to answer you with certainty.
There are websites that are ebayshop.co and ebayshop.net. They are not eBay websites, and do not have anything to do with eBay. I would consider them to be scam, phishing, hacking, fake websites. You should not have anything to do with those websites, and if you visited them, you should run malware scans and delete your cache and history to avoid being phished.
If you are looking for a "job" on eBay, this is not the way to find out about available careers at eBay.
