broken RTX 4070 graphics card in the computer i bought

I recently encountered a frustrating situation with a defective RTX 4070 graphics card that was part of the computer I purchased. The seller assured me it was in perfect working condition, which hasn't been my experience. To add to the challenge, my credit card is currently locked, so a refund isn't an option I'm able to utilize.the RTX 4070 was broken i want the part replaced or a new refurbished card cant get a refund because my credit card is locked and i wont be able to spend the money of the refund the seller wont replace the rtx 4070 graphics card and that half the price of the computer its self i want to keep the computer i have no issues with the computer i bought just the graphics card i bought this computer because i needed a graphics card with at least 12 gigs of ram and its bigger then my old mini itx tower that can not hold a large 2 fan card only single fan card fits in it and its made by hp witch i hate i just want to get a replacement card i tried calling eBay to get into contact with a real person but they wont accept my calls its only a AI that speaks should i sue eBay and the seller for giving me a computer that the seller said it 100% works when it does not i had to put my old NVIDIA 8 gig 4060 in it need some help please should i call the better business bureau or the attorney general on eBay and the seller: practicewha_67 should i give this seller like a crap ton of bad reviews and feed back by 30 other different accounts or what i just want a decent graphics card that's all this computer put me in debt i already owed my credit card company a couple thousand now they cut me off its 5000$ i don't have and will take me 2 and half years to pay off because i don't work and I'm on ssi since i was born

·2 weeks agoYou can also buy a prepaid debit or credit card at your local Dollar General store and load it with money to make online purchases. Then you can buy a replacement card and keep the computer.
