·1 month agoRemember this is my subjective opinion,
The Return from Calvary is an intentionally dark and heavy as it depicts a grief-stricken moment in the Virgin Mary's life. Even among religious buyers, today's home decor trends are currently favoring bright, uplifting, or minimalist art over heavy, dark Victorian lithographs.
The value is increased, along with the interest of some, if you can prove the signature is the artists. That said, it is a small plate-sized edition probably a tough sell at $100.00 - But again, it is my opinion, check around the internet.
