If you are looking for guidance on how to price these paintings, you will need to balance time to sell vs price and lowballing the price is unlikely to overly affect how fast they sell.

These painting will sell based on their visual appeal to the buyer.

The artist is a known artist, but there are many known artists. These watercolors when they sell, will sell for less than the artist's oils, and often fail to sell at auction or sell on one bid.

This artist had a long career and these late works are very different from his depression era and other early works.

I have works by other artists with a similar biography which sit on my wall because there is very low demand for their works.

If you enjoy these works, hang them up on your wall while you wait for them to sell.

Is the style the same? Have you found a work by Richard Crist and compared the signatures? If not, that's what I'd suggest you do. Rita
