What is the least expensive way to ship a coin with a $14.00 winning bid and $5.00 flat rate shipping with tracking information that says delivered?

I apologize, but I could not find anything related to shipping an envelope except an eBay Standard Envelope. If this is the best (and least expensive) way to ship this coin, what is the next least expensive way?

Since you are in the United States, the cheapest method (with GUARANTEED tracking from USPS) is USPS Ground Delivery.

The ESE provides very spotty tracking, with no guaranteed "Delivered" notification.

$80 winning bid ,but need pay $81 for shipment from Hungary to China . I also bought something for just 3 US dollars and the postage was about $50 . I havenâ€™t received it yet when it arrived in China. i did ever
