type of amulet from where?
I guess this is some type of amulet necklace, but I don't know where it was made. Can anyone help? It looks like silver, but again, not sure. It is not magnetic. And looks to be handmade. No markings. On others I saw online, one end opened, so outta curiousity, I looked until I found a way to open. When the cap was removed, I saw this and didn't go any further. Looks to be some type of fabric. Any idea where this may have been made? Appreciate any thoughts. Thank you !

·1 year agoJewelry like this, which has a distinctive look, is usually from Tibet or Nepal, maybe a couple of other countries. It is usually silver but not sterling, more like 800 and usually not marked.
Someone else will probably have more info but maybe this will get you started in your search.
