selling fee

Good morning,

I started selling sports cards with no store and the final value fee is 12.9%. I saw if I opened a starter store the fee would be 5% for the same category, however I'm still being charged 12.9%. Could someone help explain what I missed here? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also if there's a way to speak to a live ebay person.

I did a search here for "cards":

the only 5% fee is for: "Sport Trading Card NFTs"

google says this,

"Non-Fungible Token

Does OP sell NFT cards or just standard Trading Cards?

Standard Trading Cards are listed as:

12.35% on total amount of the sale up to $2,500 calculated per item

I also noticed this fee structure on the eBay page. I was also curious as to why Iâ€™m seeing 5% fees for a starter store selling sports cards when a basic store is charged 12.35%. (eBay raised the FVF by 0.35% a few days ago.) Iâ€™m guessing it is an eBay error. Doubt that theyâ€™ll even correct it.
