As others have suggested, you should open an "item not received" case against the seller, following the last expected day of delivery for the item:
1. Go to your "Purchase" page, and locate the item in question.
2. On the right side of the page is a column of blue boxes. Click on "More actions," then click on "I didn't receive it."
3. Just follow the instructions. The seller will be required to respond within a few days; if the seller does NOT ship the item, escalate the case through eBay, and eBay will force a refund from the seller's account -- plus the seller will receive a "defect" against their account.
And don't let the seller try to drag this out -- get the refund that you deserve NOW.
Good luck.

·2 years agoEbay can't force the seller to send it but you will be able to leave what you believe is appropriate feedback if they refuse to send it.
If the estimated delivery date has passed, go back to the order and click that you didn't receive the item in the dropdown box.
The seller will have to respond with tracking (which won't happen) within 2 days. If they don't respond, you can go back to the order and click for ebay to step in to resolve. You'll get your refund and the seller will get a ding on their account for not following through on the sale.

·2 years agoAnd you have 30 days from the original delivery date to open an item not received case.
Go to the listing in your Purchase History and click on "did not receive item". Then follow the prompts.
After that, go back and read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, It offers very good protection, but the buyer has to read it, understand it and use it in the appropriate time frame.
