If you can't find anything with Google Lens, it could be just a local potter. Using a mark like that isn't necessarily a "potter of importance". I have a vase from a local unknown potter who uses what I call a stamp-type mark similar to that. Although he does some fantastic work, nobody has heard of him other than a few locals.
