Please help identify this lovely lady

â€ƒâ€ƒâ€ƒâ€ƒShe stands about 9 & 5/8" tall and is hollow with an open bottom, I believe she's made from ceramic. My eyes are telling me the mark on the bottom says The Inman's 1976 but it's faint and I'm not 100% certain of this. Thanks in advance.

Yes, she is ceramic.

Makes me wonder if this was sold greenware for hobbyists to finish. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Thanks for the help. She is a hobbyist figurine originally made by Jamar Mallory Ceramics Studio which operated in the 50's & 60's and sold off it's molds when it went out of business. After looking at the first link you provided and doing a eBay search for Jamar Mallory I was able to find about a half dozen variations of her (all with different paint jobs, there's even one that's been turned into a lamp), a Google search gave me the info on the company. The fact that mine is dated 1976 and doesn't have the Jamar Mallory name means I've basically got a reprint of the originals. Oh well, I know someone who'll appreciate her as a gift.
