Old pocket watch

Question

Can anyone give me any insight on this vintage ( I think) pocket watch. Sorry it is coming up for auction and the picture is all I have. I can make out El Salvador on the leather (?) carrier, but can not determine the other word or the make of the watch. From my research, I think El Salvador exported (imported) different brands of watches. Some appear to have some value. Any help would be appreciated before I decide to bid.

what you have is whats called a dollar watch

its a low budget watch made to sell for a dollar

the leather pouch add little value and the leather thing on the watch also adds no value

what you have is worth the price of a package of cigarettes maybe
