Mid Century Pottery Maker?

I've not been able to identify the maker of this suspected mid-century modern vase. I know there are a lot of German and Dutch MCM pottery but they don't seem to fit with the numbers on the bottom. Can anyone ID this vase? Is it even vintage? I can't find anything else like it. Thank you!

Numbering style definitely looks mid century West German to me. Guessing it’s just under 10” tall, which would correspond the second number of “25”, presumably the height in centimeters. First number is the shape designation.
