The Ebay prices for the McGlynn Prints (referenced by @wastingtime101 ) compare to the prices realized for his water colors on live auction sites.
His framed prints have sold for as low as $30 plus premium on some live auction sites.
These prices suggest that these prints are purchased for decorative value and someone might pay $100 -$200 in the fullness of time if they want it on their wall.
A similar story on the Kendrick though his works appear to be more plentiful.
All it takes is one buyer, so if you are not in desperate need of money, you can price at a price which requires a buyer who loves it. Some people really like trolleys, at least I think that is a trolley.

·1 year agoAll your photos are sidewise and out of focus so it's hard to provide any insight. Are you sure they are "paintings" and not prints?

OP1 year agoYes I seen after I posted it not having my glasses on does not help but I believe they are prints do to the numbers on them. I will get better pictures and repost hopefully today. And thank you for the feedback.

·1 year agoAnd maybe you want to clue us in as to who the "known" artist is as the name can't be read from the photo but I do see the numbers in the middle print photo.

·1 year agoArt can be subjective and trendy. I would suggest contacting your local art dealer(s) for possible consignment and/or help evaluating an estimated worth. Get a few different opinions as well as doing more research after they inform you of what they think. You have a good starting point (artist) and i would suggest keep digging the interwebs.
There are some great experts in the community that may be able to advise you, and it may be helpful to post who the artist is, along with the back story. (story not needed but makes these threads enjoyable to read)
