Item delivered to the wrong address
Hi,
The item I purchased was delivered to the wrong address in another town (in which I don't live). How can I open a request to ebay for help when I'm unable to access a link to even submit a claim?
Ebay's AI assistant keeps telling me to file a claim, but since the item was supposedly "delivered" no link for help on the item's page is appearing.
Any help would be appreciated.

·1 month agoYou defintiely got scammed! and Ebay is useless in assisting victims of fraud/scams. I'm in the same situation - got f'd by a scammer for $600 and Ebay doesnt help. They just gave the scammer a free ride. EBAY - proudly owned by scammers in India

·1 year agoHow long has it been since the item was delivered? Maybe if it was just a few days ago it will be redirected to you by the carrier when the recipient reports it was misdelivered.
