Is this Fenton vase Matte AND Glossy? Or are my eyes deceiving me?
Hi, I don't want to misrepresent the piece, so I'm asking for expert advice.
The top definitely looks glossy to me, but the base looks a little matte. What do you think?

This is a Fenton glossy Burmese Jack in the Pulpit vase. The glass contains uranium and glows under UV light.
