    Information on glass sculpture

    I purchased this glass sculpture and am looking for information as to maker, what exactly it is and value.
    It is very heavy weighing 7 pounds and measures 12” long.

    The black glass is smooth and shiny, but the white glass is more rough feeling. 
    I haven’t located any maker marks or dates.
