Information about a figurine I have of a "May Angel" with a "Wales Japan" | Collectibles & Art

Hello,I have of a figurine named "May Angel" with a "Wales Japan" label on the bottom. When I do a google lens and eBay search, I get pictures of the exact same figure but with a "Knobler Co." label. Does anyone know why the same figures with the same color scheme and name, would have completely different Labels? Thank you in advance
