I would agree with the estimate of this artist being a younger person, because they don't seem to be completely familiar with cursive writing. The capital M is somewhat awkward, and the first letter l of the last name (if that's what is) is lower case rather than a capital.
Yes, I know Oswaldo. I am thinking maybe someone younger who is influenced by Oswaldo. The first name is Marco cannot figure out the last name. Thank you for responding.
