The name might be Serkov, which would be Серков in Russian, or Сірків In Ukrainian. I did find a contemporary Ukrainian artist named Alexander Serkov whose work resembles this, so you might care to check him out.
I also found a contemporary Russian artist named Surkov (Сурков) but couldn't find enough examples of his work to compare.
Anyhow, unless someone comes along who can be or more help, you might want to mess around with Serkov, Surkov, Sorkov.
Try drawing the shapes/letters you see into the text box of Google translate. There seem to be characters following the "B" shape but they are too light to make out.

·3 years agoI would try Reddits translation board as that may require someone familiar with the Russian language and alphabet, which changes over time.
