I am a seller, USPS hasn't delivered the item to the seller and its been 2 weeks.
What are my options? I sent the tracking information to ebay after the buyer issued the claim. Does ebay reimburse the buyer or do I. Since I mailed it the same day and USPS is the carrier, who is responsible if the item is not delivered?

·2 years agoUSPS is horrible, good luck. I bought an item back in July and it arrived three weeks later. The tracking didn't even show status except "tracking number was created." The seller was very apologetic and was going to refund me and then the item just shows up! The tracking number still showed no activity like where it's been for three weeks. Ridiculous.

·2 years agoI feel your pain. USPS is killing me. It’s been a horrendous experience. Unfortunately the seller is responsible for insuring the item
arrives. You need to open a case with usps at once.

·2 years agoUnless tracking shows it was delivered, you are responsible for refunding the buyer.
Then you would file a claim with USPS, if it was insured.
