holding sellers hostage with feedback
I am liquidating my childhood sports card collection. I recently sold two 2, one was $89 and one was three. The buyer send be a note and says they were not packaged correctly and he wanted to know if I wanted to make it right before he left negative feedback. My first reply was yes and "what do you think it will take". After I sent it, I thought about what he was saying and decided that I wasn't going to do that, instead I would just give him a full refund and even pay the shipping for the return. He they replied "
If you’re in agreement I feel a partial refund of $15 is fair. The card was fortunately not damaged to much and I’d still like to keep the card if that works for you. Since you have been honest and respectful I will not leave any negative feedback."
He basically is holding me hostage over $15. I think I still and just going to give him the refund and get my cards back and block him from buying.
