Help identifying Asian Vase
I have a large 13" tall bulbous vase, either Chinese or Japanese. I would greatly appreciate knowing the meaning of the signature on the bottom and any other information on this piece. Photos are:

Any help is greatly appreciated. I paid a lot for this piece and would like to get it online for the new year. Thank you.

OP3 years agoThank you all for your help with this. I have been laid up with bronchitis for most of January and put my on line accounts on hold. Looks like a piece for the next garage sale. I promise to stay away from Asian imports from now on.

·3 years agoSorry you were ill, hope you're better now. And it's happened to all of us. I watched a Youtube video awhile back that showed the methods they use for aging pieces like this, and the things they use to scruff the bottom of a vase like this one to age it even more. So sad. But if you happen to have an Etsy shop, you could probably get between $50 and $75 for it there. I've sold a couple.
