Help Identifying an older Nancy Ann Storybook Doll
Recently purchased 6 older bisque Nancy Ann Storybook dolls (marked Story Book Doll USA on their backs). Am able to identify 5 of them from their outfits but this last one has me stumped. He is wearing what looks like a pirate outfit (his pantaloons are disintergrating), has a sword at his waist, and his jointed legs have a smooth coat of brown paint on them to resemble brown boots. Any clue? Could this be someone's homemade outfit and paint job? Other than the disintergrating pantaloons, he is adorable.

·2 years agoI'd read this carefully and compare your dolls' outfit details to the info about the Storybook Dolls' clothing in general plus look in the gallery of all the dolls to determine if the outfit is original to the doll or added later:
