Ebay Mentor Program

Question

I had asked an arcane question about shipping in the stamps category and while searching through the Mentor board to find it. I couldn't, and there was this huge number of unhappy posters about all sorts of things.

As you might expect many of them were pretty basic ones, that by reading you could find the answer.

But it occurred to me that even with my little store I have enough experience to help these folks.

And then I thought "Why cant ebay hire a few human employees to do this?"
