Hello, Is anyone else getting a message about eBay holding paying out until item is delivered? I have been a top rated seller since 2002 with over 15,000 items sold and 100% feedback. I sell about $25,000-$30,000 worth of items per year. I ship 100% of my items within the window that I have listed on all my listings. Nobody with eBay will answer why. Thank everyone for their input
