·2 months agoSelling custom cards featuring real NFL players, team logos, or Panini designs without permission is illegal. From a legal perspective, doing this commercially violates multiple civil intellectual property laws, including copyright infringement, and trademark infringement.
Those custom card printing companies that create them have a nice little loop hole, as they do not actively design or sell the cards themselves. Instead, they operate as a printing service.
In the fine print at the checkout process, they require the buyer to check a box agreeing to terms of service that state: "By uploading this image, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to print it." This legally shifts the liability from the printing company to the individual customer.
You do not have permission from the copyright owners to sell those cards - so eBay removes them.
I suggest you not list any of them.

·2 months agomaybe the one you copied was counterfeit too but it wasnt caught by AI.
Once you have an item pulled for "counterfeit" you are now on eBays AI bot radar.
They will be watching you closely - and this could happen again.
you need to research the items and not just copy and paste someone elses old listings.
