Chinese Mark on Porcelain/Pottery Plate

I posted this on the Porcelain board as well. I've tried to hunt down this mark on this Chinese plate, but to no avail. Can anyone on this board read it? I think it's a fairly old plate. Thank you! Trying to go through my brother's estate.

Japanese. Kutani. I think it is mark #1033, Kutani Sei, on this page, but scroll through the others, as well:

If you didn't see it on Gotheborg, maybe you were looking at marks on Chinese porcelain...?
