·5 months agoRe paid: it's the y i thing and it's looks like they forgot the e but it isn't pronounced with an e only the d so somewhere along the line maybe they dropped the ' ; pai'd.
Kinda like the new word texted which should be spelled text'd.
Anyway, it's a weird word, paid, probably French:)
