This ^^^^^ 100%. So frustrating. You cannot screen who you are offering to. Once I relented and sent the offer & got a reply from a buyer in another country that I don't ship to wanting to purchase the item at the price I offered. I don't understand why this platform thinks sellers making blind offers is a good thing?

·1 year ago............Or get message headings posted on your seller board as requiring a reply from buyers you have already blocked & you are not actually getting the full message from because they are indeed blocked from actually sending a message.
..............And it's another super lowball offer, which was why they were blocked in the first place, as they are quoting a sales price for a totally different (and much less expensive) item & trying to say that is the item I am selling so they should get it for the fictional price.
Why do I bring up a seemingly unrelated issue?
Perhaps the relationship might be that regardless of your settings & preferences the platform has been programmed to try and broker/make a deal one way or another?

·1 year agoThe Alt Heron, speaking as a buyer, does not mind receiving information about the various categories of hobby items that Heron enjoys. Several times, well more than several times, Heron has received information and offer to sell. Sometimes it is a good thing and saves Heron time that would be used for 'searching'. In addition, it is sometimes quite an education about some items for sale. Heron votes: satisfied buyer.

·1 year agoIt's pretty bad when you have to log out of your account to not receive offers that you have opted out of already.

Personally, I stay logged in and don't worry about it. I have this little button on my mouse that with just a click deletes those annoying messages.
I'm on a PC, so it's easy.
