·5 months agoAs a seller who's offerings include some trading cards, I am often bewildered by the prices asked and paid for cards.
Much of what I sell is highly overpriced compared to past history, and I sit back and count my money when they sell.
Others, which in the past would have brought substantially more than what I am asking for them, sit unsold.
There is no accounting for taste or fashion. And I do not care what the opinion of anyone who is not willing to pay my price is. I can afford to wait for a buyer who will pay the price.

·5 months agoI sold a set of them Simpsons vehicles last year. Shipping and insurance to Hawaii was like $20.00. They were $3 a piece when the were sold in stores many years ago. Very expensive for a Hot Wheels at the time when regular Hot Wheels were around 88¢ each.

·5 months agoNot sure what your particular issue is exactly, or maybe just wanted to vent?
However, as an experienced eBayer, pretty sure you know that any eBay shopper who feels that a price is too high or that shipping is ridiculous is free to just move on. There is absolutely no eBay requirement that forces a buyer to make a purchase if he's in any way uncomfortable with any part of the listing.

·5 months agoHola Moderncoins...! The most recent musical presentation where Alt Heron was a spectator was a one man show. It was Sr. Carlos Montoya strumming the guitar with some great flamenco music. Just the one person. It was $10 per person and well worth the price. The location was Tampa, Florida. The year was 1976.
