PCGS fee for grading BEP intaglio?

Hello, having one question, the PCGS message call-back system hasn't worked for me because I sleep from 5 am to 1 pm and then when I am at work (at a hospital) I am not easily reachable by phone. My one question is how PCGS classifies and prices grading of the BEP intaglio issues. They could be modern $19 for being printed after 1960, or economy $22 for being dated before 1960, or special issues $35 because they're specimens.

Does anybody know?
