International visability and shipping
Has anyone experienced an issue with shipping coins/currency internationally? Today a potential buyer received a message stating I do not ship to Italy. They were advised to update the address or find another seller. I have opted into the ebay international shipping program and it has previously overidden any country restrictions. Even though (Italy) is not exclcuded. In speaking with a ebay respresentative, under ebay international shipping now coins, stamps and paper money are restricted items. Also, according to the representative, opting out of the ebay international shipping program will still not allow international buyers to purchase items. Was there an announcement about this? The last I saw, it was update Country of orgin/condition sections.
