i sent a total of 6 coins...
two i believe have artificial toning, sent for conservation... 1834 and 1908-D halves... NCS can sometimes remove artificial toning... hopefully both will straight-grade at least 50...
1880-O Morgan with obverse toning, hoping for at least 63...
and 3 GSA CC Morgans, 1881, 1884, 1885... hoping for 64 on the 81 and 85, the 84 is a dog, just along for the ride... most likely 61...

OP6 months agoi cracked the 80-O out of a PCI slab... apparently PCI slab toning is a thing and recognizable, but both NGC and PCGS consider the toning artificial and will never straight-grade one...
so, sucker's gonna get cracked out and put in an album because it's basically worth bullion in the slab...
