My eBay account has been temporarily restricted. I received an email from eBay asking me to contact Support, but unfortunately, I am currently unable to access the chat or call options from Pakistan.
I am a new eBay seller and was in the process of creating my first listing when my account was restricted. I currently have some products in stock that I would like to sell through eBay, and I want to make sure that everything I do complies fully with eBay’s policies.
I would like to appeal this restriction and, if necessary, complete any account verification required.
Could someone please guide me on how I can contact the appropriate eBay department or submit an appeal from Pakistan? If there is an official phone number, contact method, or appeal process available for users in Pakistan, I would greatly appreciate the information.
I am ready to provide any required documents, identification, invoices, proof of inventory, or other information needed to verify my account.

·3 weeks ago@muha-5881 , you need to make sure you are registering correctly in the country where you live, as an export seller, with your correct address in your country.
Here are the instructions for signing up as an eBay export seller:

You need to follow all of those steps, and for export sellers, you can't create a listing until you have registered and linked your Payoneer account. After that, it takes a few weeks before eBay will send you an email telling you that you can now start to sell.
