Bought a fake gucci rhyton logo sneaker, what to do
Hi yall,
Recently received a pair of second hand gucci rhyton, but compared it with my real pair. The seller sold me a counterfeit one. Requested for refund, but seller hasn't responded. First time buying a branded item here and chose a five star seller, but really disappointed.

Did the listing say it was part of the "authenticity guaranteed" program?
Did the sneakers go to the authenticator before they were forwarded to you?

Did you open a not as described complaint - if not do so, and if the seller does not handle it in a timely manner, have eBay step in when that option is available.
