Seller paying fees when an order is cancelled?
Does a seller get charged fees if I cancel an order? This seller declined my request after I realized he didn’t even have the item yet. I put ordered by mistake and he said he declined it due to him having to pay 20 dollars in fees and that people play w his time and has had too many orders cancelled. He has one item for sale aside from the one I purchased and one feedback. Thanks
