Getting a live human on the phone with Ebay
Summary: secretfinds53 expressed frustration with a seller on eBay who repeatedly cancels orders and resells items, seeking guidance on how to contact eBay directly. 12345jamesstamps advised that contacting eBay by phone may not be effective and suggested alternative strategies such as moving on to other sellers, considering the removal of negative feedback, and blocking the problematic seller to avoid retaliatory actions.
Help with reporting a seller that cancels your many orders then list them right away and sells them to someone else this is the feedbacl I left for them I need to talk with a real person on the phone with Ebay and it looks like they have changed that to AI. Please adive I have sent them an email
DANGER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF THEY DECIDE NOT TO SELL YOU THE ITEM. They will say it's lost or that it was damaged and/or listed incorrectly, and they did this to me today with this item. They then relisted it and sold it right away to someone else. Read my other feedback for them.

·1 week agoGetting a live human on the phone with eBay will not help...usually it's friendly people from India...who can't do much.
I would have just moved on to other seller auctions and not leave any feedbacks.
If this seller is smart they can have those negative feedbacks removed since they are rather offensive.
And you as a seller...I would block this seller so they don't do 'tic for tac' as what you did in feedbacks...meaning making a cheap purchase from you and leaving negative feedbacks.
And blocking the seller of course means blocking any messages coming from them.
