Your shipment contains prohibited goods.
Hi, anyone know what would be this ?
This message is informed in the tracking: "Your shipment contains prohibited goods. You may request a return or it will be liquidated."

·3 years agoDo not request a return through eBay!!! You have nothing to return and will lose the case. On the day after the last estimated delivery date open an item not received case.

·3 years agoYour seller @ahu196 shipped your Apple watch to the DHL facility in Redondo Beach CA, one of many consolidation centers all around US, to be reshipped to you in Brazil. However, DHL mirrors the USPS list of prohibited imports to Brazil, and watches are on that list.
So you will never get the watch, and your choices are to either allow DHL to pocket your watch, or have them return it to your seller, to get your refund.

There is a huge difference between requesting that DHL return the watch and opening a return case on eBay. And the OP requesting that DHL return the watch doesn't in any way necessarily equate to getting a refund through eBay. Yes, the seller may voluntarily refund when they get the watch back. But the only way to guarantee a refund is to open an item not received case with eBay the day after the last estimated delivery date.

·3 years agoWhen you buy a prohibited item on eBay @ahu196 you're not protected for the item price plus the eBay label.
You’re protected under the Shipping Protection Plan (SPP) for Shipping Loss and Damage, for the total sale price plus the cost of the shipping label on ebay.com. The sale or shipment of any product or item on the Prohibited Items Lists, including under the recipient county’s import law or under the US export law, is not covered by and is ineligible for any protection under the SPP.
So your only choices are to allow DHL to pocket your watch, or have them return it to your seller, for a refund.
You agree that the either eBay or the carrier shall have full discretion to dispose of the excluded Consignment in whichever manner it considers appropriate (including the destruction of the excluded Consignment). In such cases, you agree to reimburse eBay without delay for the costs of removing the excluded Consignment from transportation/delivery, destroying it or returning it.

·3 years agoI have a similar problem. I've bought a Geiger Counter from the manufacturer on eBay and for some reason it's also a »prohibited item.«

How do I contact DHL in the US to get the shipment returned, so I can get my refund?

First you need to contact the seller tell them you did not know the Geiger Counter was an item prohibited from import into your country item. Ask them to have DHL return the item. They are the who shipped it after all, and they are located in the U.S.. Once it is received back, they can refund you, but they may deduct the shipping cost from the purchase price.
In the future you need to make sure items are allowed to be shipped to Germany, before buying.
