Wrong size shoe
I recently ordered size 9 Adidas from MVE Outlet. They sent a size 6. I just want the correct size or a swift refund. I’ve tried every way possible to resolve this issue. No success from seller or eBay.

The easiest way is to open a Return request. If you'd tried that, you'd have something moving by now. Hop to it! Good luck.

·6 months agoWhen you say you've tried every way possible, have you tried to open a return request? The ebay money back guarantee allows you to open a return request when the wrong item is sent, and the seller can not deny that return.
Here are the reasons for returns. If you use the correct reason, this problem is easy to solve.

Wait for prepaid label. Return.
No label sent, ask Ebay to step in after 3 days have passed.
Hopefully, you did not screw up a previous request for return by choosing the wrong reason.
If you did, open a dispute with your credit card issuer.
