·3 years agoYou probably can't. I didn't realize you were using a freight fowarder. You're lucky they're letting you return at all. EBay policy is that once a package is reshipped, coverage under the Money Back Guarantee ends. Apparently they don't know the package was reshipped. So if you contact them and ask for more time they're going to realize their error and close the case. Your only hope is to get the phone back to the reshipper in time for them to get it in the mail by April 13.
You've just discovered the biggest downside to using a reshipper. You also need to know that once the item is reshipped you're not covered if you don't receive it.

OP3 years agothanks all i managed as i sent by dhl. @arm578 is my login as buyer. So i sent phone back but why i can receive not full refund ? half or other? what is reason for that i spent more mony for dhl but i want just my 750$ that is phone cost

·3 years agoDoes your tracking show the package delivered to the seller? Did you enter the DHL tracking number in your eBay not as described case?

OP3 years agothe track num for usps and status is delivered to seller. so i sent in Armenian to onex usa by dhl it cost 140$. but it not show in ebay. and onex sent by usps to seller that is all. so why they can refund half of phone cost?

·3 years agoWhat reason did you select for the return? If you selected that the item was not as described after three business days eBay should give you the option of asking them to step in. At that point they'll send you a return shipping label.

You must ship it back by Apr. 13th using the return shipping label provided by the seller.
If the seller does not provide a label, you can go back to your Return Request and have Ebay step in to help you.

Print out the label, affix to the package and put it in the mail. The sooner you ship it back, the sooner you will receive your refund.

·3 years agoYou used a freight forwarder in Wilmington Delaware, and your seller @arm578 realized that they could scam you, with an iPutz 4s instead of an iPong 13 prop, because you lose coverage at eBay.
But you're still covered if you paid with PayPal or a card issuer.
-- Either file a dispute here for Not As Described and pay for the return shipping,
-- or file a DEFECTIVE OR NOT AS DESCRIBED chargeback with your card issuer, with maybe no return.

·3 years agoSounds like you may have used a "re-shipper" to get your item.
That tracking # is USPS. Sounds like it will be difficult to get that to USPS by the required date.

·3 years agoIf it went through a freight forwarder, you'll have to pay to get it back to them, then they have to get it shipped back to the seller before the date Ebay gave you.
That's a big problem when you use freight forwarders.

·3 years agoYou opened the wrong case, because you received something. If there's the option to close the case, do it now. If not eBay will close it as soon as the seller provides the tracking showing a package delivered. Once you see that the item not received case is closed, go to the item in your purchase history and click the Return button. Then select that the item was not as described as the reason. That opens the correct case, and things should proceed as I described in my first post.

If you have already shipped it you can expect your refund to be issued within 3 business days of delivery. " . so it mean i have to sent the item to seller? and he does not give me back my mony?

and how can i ask ebay for help , all ways ebay answered by robot assistant

·3 years agoIf the seller does not provide a prepaid return label or a refund by April 5th, there will be an option within the return case to ask eBay to step in.

·3 years agoIf you opened an 'item not as described' case with eBay, they'll give the seller three business days to send you a return label. If the seller doesn't, on day four you need to go back to the case and ask eBay to step in. After you do, eBay will send you a return label. Once the seller has received the return you'll get a refund.
EBay doesn't accept videos as proof, since they're so easy to fake. But eBay accepts the buyer's word in 99.9% of cases, so it's really not necessary.

If you filed an INAD and you don't hear anything, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step it.
If you filed an INR, you'll loose the case because you did receive something.
Your video won't do any good, they won't even look at it.

·3 years agoIf you opened an Item Not Received case, you'll loose because tracking shows something was delivered.
When it closes, go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
