wrong item sent

I ordered some SOFT La Mer Cream and was sent the regular cream .The seller will not replace or respond. I, also, could not leave a negative review as it was blocked. Ebay does nothing and I am out the money. There is no way to contact ebay by phone or chat so I am finished with Ebay!!!

If it's within 30 days, go to the order and open a return request for not as described.

The seller will have to respond to the case by either issuing a refund without requiring a return or by paying for and sending a prepaid shipping label for you to return it. Once the return is received by the seller, she has to refund your money or you can request that ebay step in.

You WILL win the dispute.

ETA: The reason you can't leave feedback yet is because the seller is top rated so you have to give her the opportunity to correct the error.
