wrong address
Hello folks , i seem to have a problem that I have tried to fix.
I ordered a graphics card from a vendor in China, I bought the card and in a couple of days , the tracking number that was given was showing delivered , which was impossible because it was coming from china, The vender then emailed me stating that the tracking number given was not correct and assigned me a new tracking number which i did start to follow.
As im following the package all seem right as to where it was going.
It finally hit the state and i was happy any day now I will be getting my package.
Well it got delivered to another address other than my own, and it showed the wrong address , and its in another state.
Due to an operational error by the staff, the Amazon logistics tracking number was mistakenly entered into the eBay platform logistics information, resulting in an incorrect tracking number. Please understand that the correct tracking number is for shipping from China, and the tracking number is: RG029969595CN， Search URL: https://www.17track.net/en You can check the tracking status of the item and collect the package in a timely manner. I opened up a ticket and they are saying it was delivered to the address where it clearly shows that it was not delivered to the right address.
Im at a lost on to what to do,

One can always do a dispute with the credit card that they used to try for a refund.
The address was different than yours...and this is between you and the bank...eBay steps aside.

·1 year agoDo not file an item not arrived case. You will lose since an item was delivered. You have to file an item not as described case. There are other ways to handle it. So, read up before you do anything.
I hope you paid by credit card.
