Wont the item and cannot pay (UK buyer, US seller)

Hi I won the item but I cannot pay ebay says when I try to pay it can only be sent to USA. Seller is happy yo post to UK but it says due to being UK buyer I cannot pay ðŸ˜ž Does anyone know the ways how to sort it out? Cheers

The seller will have to unblock the Uk to allow you to pay. And he may have foreign payments blocked at PP too, so he will have to change that.There used to be a setting to unblock a foreign id to allow them to pay, it was in buyer requirements, but Im not sure if that is still available.
