Did anyone else come across this. She says all her customers are happy. I'm not so sure? She even showed me a cert verifying it was an ebay grab order platform.

Did someone tell you that you would be employed by eBay and eBay would pay you to post product reviews? Or "grab orders" (whatever that means)? This is a scam, and they are setting you up to cheat you and steal from you. Very soon, you are going to be asked to pay the scammers, in order to be able to withdraw your "pay".
This is called a task-scam or an order-grabbing scam. Sometimes the fake company is "eBay Mall" sometimes it's something else. Either way, it's fake.
eBay doesn't pay people to make forum posts or product reviews, or "grab orders". Nor do any other companies. No legitimate company pays for fake product reviews, and they don't need (or pay) middlemen to do anything with their customer's orders.
If the scammers ask you to sign up for a cryptocurrency account, DON'T DO IT. Don't give them any (more) money. You won't get anything back. More info:

There's been a lot of people signing up for those Order Grabbing sites and they all lost their money.
It's a scam and has nothing to do with Ebay.
